About Me

Over the years I have struggled with body image issues, low self-esteem, and self-deprecating thoughts. I realised I needed to make a change. I began a two and a half year journey to improve my knowledge of nutrition and clean eating.

I started out purchasing expensive products and home workout videos. I saw some improvement in my personal fitness, but over time I began to plateau and still didn’t have the confidence or motivation I needed to move forward. I wasn’t confident that I was doing what was required to be successful. That’s when I realised in home fitness videos are fantastic for so many people, but I needed something more. So I found myself a personal trainer.

After a short period working with several different trainers, I realised that this was something that I could do. I want to help people challenge themselves beyond what they ever imagined possible. I want to see them succeed, and reach goals that were previously out of reach.

I never want to let failure win, this has become the driving force of my life and my approach to training. I am passionate about training, educating and motivating every client to push through the temporary pain and reach for their goals.

I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am finding my niche in Sports Performance where I focus on strength training and powerlifting techniques.
However, I am extremely confident with the different aspects of fitness including weight loss, endurance, high-intensity interval training, as well as many others.

While accompanying my husband to an overseas duty station, I studied Nutrition Science at Kaplan University. It was there that I earned a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition.
