Q: How flexible is your availability?

I try to work with my clients on an individual basis to find a time that is most convenient for them.

Q: How many days a week should I exercise?

I suggest a minimum of 3 times a week or 150 minutes.

Q: When will I start seeing results?

Results vary for individuals, but generally, around four weeks you should start noticing an increase in energy and overall health. At eight weeks many of my clients have seen that their clothes are fitting differently and are noticing physical changes.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. I do offer discounts, however an ID is required for it to apply.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. I aim to work with my clients to find the best payment option for them.

Q: Do you offer a free fitness MOT?

Your fitness MOT is included in your first session.

Q: What type of nutrition advice do you offer?
